Saw Dark Knight this afternoon. I was horribly disappointed. I'll have a detailed report of my problems with the movie written up in the next several weeks -- I'll need it to defend myself with my comic geek friends. But I think the faults were right there in front of everyone, they just got caught up in the hype. And that's OK.
I'm not a contrary person, I really don't think I am. The movie just had a lot of faults, and even a few moments that failed the giggle test, sadly.

Amen brother! I tried to tell everyone that The Dark Knight wasn't the second coming of the original Superman, but no one would listen to me.
